A Taxi Driver

In May 1980, a Seoul taxi driver, Man-seob, picks up a foreign passenger and drives to Gwangju, enticed by the promise of a large fare. The passenger turns out to be a German journalist seeking to document the unfolding events. As they enter the city amid growing unrest, Man-seob becomes increasingly anxious about his daughter back home while witnessing the escalating crisis.
